USSD is a short code that you enter in your dialer in order to open the Operator Menu to activate certain service, such as Mobile Internet, Check your balance & bills and even facebook. Kindly refer to the USSD codes below:
For Digi
to check phone balance: Dial *126# and press CALL/SEND.
to check data: Dial *200# and press CALL/SEND - Kudos to KK Leisure
to go for Digi Menu: Dial *128# and press CALL/SEND.
for facebook USSD: Dial *325# and press CALL/SEND
For Maxis
for prepaid & postpaid:
a) to check phone balance: Dial *122# and press CALL/SEND.
b) to go for Maxis EasyMenu: Dial *100# and press CALL/SEND.
c) to subscribe data internet passes: Dial *136*9# and press CALL/SEND
d) to activate 3G: Dial *136# and press CALL/SEND
e) to deactivate 3G: Dial #136# and press CALL/SEND
f) to deactivate phonebook backup (they charge you RM2 for nothing): Dial #135# and press CALL/SEND
For Umobile

To check the number of a Malaysian SIM card, you can dial the following USSD codes on your phone:
- Digi: Dial *126# and press the call button
- Hotlink: Dial 1311#
- Maxis: Dial *100#, select 1 for Balance & Validity, enter 4, and press send
- Unifi Mobile Prepaid: Dial *123#
- HelloSIM: Dial *124# and press the “✆“ button
You can also find your SIM card number printed on the SIM card itself, usually on one of its sides. It's a long string of numbers in tiny writing, so make sure you have good lighting.
You can also check the number of prepaid SIM cards you have purchased or registered by contacting your service provider. They should be able to provide a free secure portal or application to enable you to check and verify any SIM cards registered under your identification.
